If a church is paying for the relationship, that dynamic begins to shift. When a pastor pays out of pocket, the relationship can be limited by what they can afford—especially during seasons of transition, when they may need direction the most. By offering pastoral direction at no cost, we’re able to keep the relationship focused where it belongs: on the pastor’s well-being, discernment, and long-term formation. CPDM is funded by partners who believe healthy churches need healthy pastors.
